David Bell

David Bell is the Program Manager for Operation HOPE’s (HOPE) Banking on Our Future program in Portland, Oregon. HOPE is a nonprofit global organization with a mission to eradicate poverty through Silver Rights; the right to financial literacy and access to capital for the undeserved. Before joining Operation HOPE in 2006 David had worked for various nonprofit organizations in Africa, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. His work experience has helped to build a strong and assorted skill set including education, community development, wildlife conservation and strategic planning. David currently serves on the board of the Oregon JumpStart Coalition, Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network and the Oregon Chapter of the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
